We took our signature Heilala Vanilla Cheesecake and topped it with a housemade Caramelised Pineapple Jam before baking to custardy perfection, infusing the flavours ππΌ topped with our signature vanilla whipped cream and a Butter Shortbread Crumb.Β
Each bar weighs approximately 170g and generously serves 1.Β

Our cheesecakes are freshly baked to order. For the best experience, we recommend enjoying the day of collection. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
